If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.

Our return policy is detailed separately on our website. In summary, you may return unused, unopened products within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price, minus shipping charges. Items must be in original packaging. Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive the return. Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.
