Free Shipping
SOFTBABYCOVE is pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders placed within the contiguous United States. There are no minimum purchase requirements or hidden fees—the shipping cost is always complimentary for our customers. This policy applies to every item in our store, whether you are ordering a single baby blanket or a full nursery set. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout; no promo code is needed.
Order Processing & Handling
All orders are processed with care to ensure your SOFTBABYCOVE products arrive in perfect condition. We maintain a standard handling time of 1 to 3 business days from the moment your order is confirmed and payment is verified. Handling includes picking, packing, quality inspection, and labeling your items. Please note that orders placed after our daily cutoff time will begin processing on the next business day.
Daily Order Cut-Off Time
Our order cut-off time is 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) each business day (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). If you place an order on or before 5:00 PM EST, we will include it in that day’s batch for processing. Any order received after 5:00 PM EST will be treated as if it were placed on the following business day.
Shipping Transit Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated transit time is 3 to 6 business days within the contiguous United States. Delivery windows are calculated from the date the carrier picks up your package. While we strive to meet these estimates, actual transit times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, carrier volume, or address delays. We will provide you with a tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can monitor its progress.
Shipping Carriers & Methods
We partner with trusted national carriers (including USPS, UPS, and FedEx) to deliver your SOFTBABYCOVE orders. The specific carrier and service level are selected based on your delivery address and package dimensions. All shipments include tracking and delivery confirmation. Free shipping is standard ground service; expedited options are not currently available through this policy.
Shipping Address & Contact Information
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Please double-check your address before completing your purchase. SOFTBABYCOVE is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately before the order begins processing. Once an order ships, we cannot redirect the package.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. You can track your package at any time using this information. If you do not receive these emails, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Delivery Issues & Lost Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors, your building’s mailroom, or any secure delivery location. If the package is genuinely lost, contact SOFTBABYCOVE customer service within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Please note that we are not liable for packages stolen after delivery or for damages caused by the carrier after the package leaves our facility.
