30-Day Free Returns & Exchanges
You may return or exchange any item purchased from SOFTBABYCOVE within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. Returns and exchanges are completely free – we do not charge any restocking fee, and we will provide a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. We kindly ask that you include the original packing slip or order number inside the return package to help us process your request quickly.

Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive your returned item and verify its condition. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that it may take an additional 2–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer. If you requested an exchange, we will ship the replacement item within 10 business days after processing your return, at no additional cost to you.
In the rare event that you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will resolve the issue promptly and cover all return shipping costs. SOFTBABYCOVE reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the returned item shows signs of use, wear, or damage beyond normal inspection, or if the return request is made after the 30-day window.
